Grasim Industries Ltd.

Grasim Industries is planning to raise funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required. A meeting of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2022 to consider the same.

Grasim Industries is the flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group. The company’s businesses comprise viscose staple fibre, cement, chemicals and textiles. Its core businesses are VSF and cement, which contribute to over 90% of its revenues and operating profits.
