Adani Enterprises has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Kutch Fertilizers’ (KFL), on May 10, 2022, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 10 lakh each to, interalia, carry on business of manufacturing and trading of fertilizers of all kinds and description and other allied items required for agricultural and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. KFL will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal min ing, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
