Simplex Trading & Agencies board to consider increase of authorized capital

Simplex Trading & Agencies has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on January 08, 2013, to consider the option for increase of authorized capital of the company, subject to consent of the members of the company, to consider the matters for issuing bonus shares and to authorize any of the director of the company to issue notice calling the extra ordinary general meeting of the members of the company.
