Date: 13-05-2022Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cyient has informed that the Register of Members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 24 May 2022 to 3 June 2022 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, 3 June 2022 and also for the purpose of Final dividend.
