Peeti Securities sells land admeasuring 742.10 square yards for Rs 2 crore

Peeti Securities has disposed off the land admeasuring 742.10 square yards situated at H No. 6-3-252, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, for a consideration of Rs 2 crore only. The board of directors has taken this step pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders through postal Ballot under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Peeti Securities is in the business of manufacturing and selling furnishings, curtains, bed sheets and sofa covers. The manufacturing units are located at Secunderabad and Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh.
