Styrolution ABS (India) has informed that the board of directors of the company at the meeting held on October 29, 2012, has redesignated Myung Suk Chi, the executive director as new managing director of the company effective from January 01, 2013.

Further, board informed that R S Agrawal ceases to be the managing director effective from today onwards as his term expired on December 31, 2012.
