Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’), TSR Consultants on May 18, 2022, Tata Motors has informed that the Company has received a letter from the shareholder(s) regarding loss of share certificate(s) with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof. Further, any person who has a claim in respect of the said securities should lodge such claim with the Company at the Registered Office, within 15 days from this date. The duplicate share certificate will be issued after the receipt of all necessary documents from shareholders. Details regarding the same as enclosed.
