Black Box has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company (Formerly known as AGC Networks) will  be  held  on  Friday,  May  27,  2022  through  audio  visual  means  of  communications  to,  consider  and  approve  the  draft  Audited  Financial  Results  (Standalone  &  Consolidated)  for  the  year/quarter  ended  March  31,  2022  and  to  transact  any  other  business  with  the  permission of the Chair.  The trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours from publication of the said financial results as informed vide letter no. BBOX/SE/SD/2022/44 dated March 28, 2022.
