Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Bajaj Auto has informed that the Company has completed the dispatch of intimation letters physically or by email, to the Members, whose shares are liable to be transferred to DEMAT Account of the IEPF Authority. An advertisement dated 20 May 2022 to this effect has been published today in English and Marathi newspapers for the information of members in accordance with IEPF Rules. Copies of the said advertisements are attached.
