Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, Hindalco Industries has informed that the Company has received information pertaining to issue of Duplicate Share Certificates on 19th May, 2022. The relevant information is given in the Annexure I. The Company is in process of issuing duplicate share certificates to the shareholders, after completion of required formalities.
