Dhampur Sugar Mills has delisted the company’s Global Depository Shares (GDS) from Luxembourg Stock Exchange with effect from December 31, 2012. The company has taken this step pursuant to conversion of GDS issued in terms of offering memorandum dated April 01, 2006 in to equity shares.
Dhampur Sugar Mills is engaged in manufacturing sugar, ethanol, chemicals and plantation white sugar. It is the first and the largest manufacturer of refined sulphurless sugar in the India.
