In furtherance to letter dated 27th April, 2022 wherein the Company had informed that the 89th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 23rd June, 2022 through Video Conference/ Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and in terms of the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Unilever has submitted the Integrated Annual Report of the Company including the Business Responsibility Report and the Notice of 89th AGM for the financial year 2021-22, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members. The Integrated Annual Report containing the Notice of 89th Annual General Meeting is also uploaded on the Company’s website at https://www.hul.co.in/investor-relations/annualreports/ and this is also available on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
