Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) wholly owned subsidiary -- PFC Consulting has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiaries. The company has incorporated Khandukhal Rampura Transmission for Creation of 400 KV Khandukhal (Srinagar)-Rampura (Kashipur) D/C line.

The company has incorporated Fatehgarh Hi Transmission for development of Transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20 GW) under Phase-III- Part-A3. Besides, it has incorporated Bhadla III Transmision for development of Transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20GW) under Phase-III-Part-Bl.

PFC is central PSU under Ministry of Power and India's leading NBFC.
