Max Healthcare Institute has acquired remaining equity stake (i.e.16.84%) in Crosslay Remedies (CRL), one of the subsidiary companies of the Company, in one or more tranches, from its existing shareholders. Consequent upon the acquisition, CRL has become wholly-owned subsidiary of the company with effect from June 3, 2022.

Max Healthcare Institute offers healthcare services through its various facilities in Delhi and the National Capital Region, and facilities in Mohali and Bathinda.
