In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper clippings of the Notice 111th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 20th July, 2022 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means published on 6th June, 2022 in Kolkata editions of the newspapers: ‘Business Standard' (English), and 'Aajkal' (Bengali). The aforesaid Notice was also published in the Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and New Delhi editions of Business Standard.
