Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) wholly owned subsidiary -- PFC Consulting has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Fatehgarh IV Transmission’ as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) on June 8, 2022 for development of 'Transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20 GW) under Phase-III-Part-A1.   

PFC is central PSU under Ministry of Power and India's leading NBFC.
