Nelco has informed that the 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, 8th July 2022 at 3.30 pm (IST) via two-way Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company submitted the Annual Report for the year 2021-22 alongwith the Notice of the AGM which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members and physical copies to only those shareholders who request for the same.
