WPIL has received an order from the Government of West Bengal for execution of a Turnkey Project, comprising of Surveying, Design, Construction, Supply, Laying, Erection & Commissioning of a Clear Water Reservoir and a Ground Level Reservoir and Pumping Main for conveyance of treated water to twenty nine OHR Sites, as per scope of works, for augmentation of Surface Water based Water Supply Scheme for arsenic affected areas of Budge Budge - II, Bishnupur-II and part of Budge Budge-I (Mayapur GP) Blocks in the district of South 24 Parganas, for an aggregate value of Rs 430.87 crore to be completed over a period of 24 months.

Torrent Power has, pursuant to Securities Purchase Agreement (SPA) with SkyPower Southeast Asia Ill Investments and SkyPower Southeast Asia Holdings 2 (the Sellers) and Sunshakti Solar Power Projects (SPV), completed transaction of acquisition of 100% securities of the SPV. The SPV operates 50 MW Solar Power Plant in the state of Telangana. Long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the Project is with Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana (NPDCTL) for a period of 25 years at a fixed tariff of approximately Rs 5.35 per kWh, with remaining useful life of approximately 20 years.

Tata Motors has rolled out ‘GenVoltz’ generators in Nepal. The generators are powered by Tata Motors' diesel engines and are suited to power a wide variety of applications. The generators will be available from 25kVA to 125kVA configurations, in both manual and automatic modes. GenVoltz generators is going to be retailed Tata Motors’ authorized distributor, Sipradi Trading.

Dynamatic Technologies has won the contract to manufacture the Escape Hatch Door for Airbus A220 aircraft. The contract was placed by recently established STEllA AERONAUTIQUE CANADA Inc., a subsidiary of Airbus Atlantic SAS. This contract marks a milestone of workshare of the A220 supply chain in India and extends Dynamatic's capabilities for manufacturing critical aerostructure to Airbus.

Schaeffler is focusing on electric mobility. The company is demonstrating this by simultaneously launching several new electric axle drives (electric axles). Until now, up to three drive components were assembled in one compact unit. With the so-called 4in1 electric axle, Schaeffler is now going one step further by integrating the thermal management system as well as the electric motor, power electronics, and transmission into the axle drive.
