In furtherance to intimation letter dated 9 June 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), Bajaj Auto has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 14 June 2022, has decided that further deliberations are required in order to take a decision on the proposal of buyback, and accordingly deferred the matter. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.00 am (IST) and concluded at 2.30 pm (IST).
