Infosys informs about allotment of equity shares
Date: 14-06-2022Infosys has informed that the Company has allotted 176,434 equity shares on June 13, 2022, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as hereunder: 10,287 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan; 166,147 equity shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, on June 13, 2022, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 21,038,103,595 divided into 4,207,620,719 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
