Infosys has informed that the Company has closed the trading window for the earnings release of the quarter ending June 30, 2022 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from June 16, 2022. The trading window will re-open after 48 hours of dissemination of the financial results of the Company. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www.infosys.com.
