Date: 24-06-2022HCL Technologies has informed that in terms of the 'Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading' of the Company, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from the start of business on June 25, 2022, and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Financials Results. The date of re-opening of the trading window shall be announced in due course.
