Date: 24-06-2022Nestle India has informed that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th June 2022 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Thursday, 28th July 2022. In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2022 to 30th July 2022.
