State Bank of India (SBI) has entered into an agreement dated June 28, 2022 in relation to an Investment of Rs 4.03 crore in the equity shares of Perfios Account Aggregation Services (Perfios AA). Post investment, SBI will hold 9.54% shareholding (on a fully diluted basis) in Perfios AA through subscription of 8,05,520 equity shares.

SBI is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
