Latent View Analytics has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company for the quarter ending as on June 30, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for approving the said financial results will be informed in due course.
