The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Accordingly, all Directors, KMP's, Designated Employees. Connected Persons and Auditors of the Company have been advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the declaration of the Financial Results shall be intimated separately.
