Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/07/2022 to consider and approve and take on record the Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 along with the limited review report of the Statutory Auditors on the same. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Insider Trading Code of Conduct of the Bank, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank is closed from Friday, July 1, 2022 and the same would open for trading, 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Bank.
