Shriram Transport Finance Company has informed that the company has received the letters from the shareholders informing about loss of physical share certificates but without mentioning the details of shares such as Distinctive Nos., certificate No. etc. of the Company. A photo copy of the documents alongwith proof of the date of receipt is enclosed. The company has attached the details of shares as per the documents received from shareholders and from its records. Please note that Duplicate share certificates shall be issued only on receipt of complete documents from the shareholders to the satisfaction of the RTA and the Company including completion of procedural requirements in this regard.
