L&T Technology Services has informed that it enclosed the summary of the proceedings of the 10th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 4.30 pm (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means (VC/ OAVM). Further, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of Listing Regulations and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, it enclosed details regarding voting results of the businesses mentioned in the Notice dated April 21, 2022, transacted at the AGM along with the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM. The results along with the Scrutinizer's report, will be posted on the website of the Company, www.LTTS.com and on the website of National Securities Depository Limited at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
