Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), ‘Tata Consumer Products has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022, and to take on record the Limited Review Reports of the Auditors thereon. As intimated vide letter dated June 22, 2022, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company is closed from June 24, 2022, till 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
