Further, as intimated vide its letter dated June 29, 2022, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company, has been closed from Friday, July 1, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
