In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; the company shall issue the Letter of Confirmation with probable date as August 04, 2022 provided no claim(s) in writing supported by the valid documents are received by the Bank / Registrar till August 03, 2022. The Letter of confirmation shall be dispatched by its Registrars- Datamatics Business Solution and the request shall be processed in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
