Infosys, a global leader in consulting and technology, has been bestowed with the CII-ITC Sustainability ‘Significant Achievement’ award for large business organizations with turnover of above Rs 500 crore. This award recognizes the software majors’ efforts towards deployment of sustainability policies and processes.

The awards were announced at a formal presentation ceremony in New Delhi on Jan 14, 2013. The annual CII-ITC Sustainability Awards are conferred on Indian businesses that demonstrate excellent performance in the area of sustainable development.
