JSW Energy has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The company has reported around 4-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 344.22 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 88.91 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by over 2-fold at Rs 2,016.12 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 815.98 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported around 3-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 554.78 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 208.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 67.53% at Rs 3,115.33 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 1,859.53 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
