UltraTech Cement has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, have based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, considered and approved the reappointment of Kailash Chandra Jhanwar as Managing Director (MD) of the Company for a further period of two years, with effect from 1st January, 2023. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The disclosure as required under the Listing Regulations is attached as Annexure A.
