Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Grasim Industries has informed that the Company has received intimation from KFin Technologies (formerly known as KFin Technologies), the RTA of the Company regarding loss of share certificates on 22nd July 2022. The relevant information is given in the Annexure- I, attached. The Company is in process of issuing ‘Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu of duplicate share certificates as per the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 to the shareholders, after completion of required formalities.
