Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Unilever has informed that Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company- KFin Technologies has received information regarding loss of Share Certificate and request for issuance of duplicate Share Certificates from the Shareholders, as per the details are attached. The company shall issue the duplicate Share Certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholders.
