ITC informs about allotment of shares under ESOS
Date: 26-07-2022In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that the Company on 26 July, 2022 issued and allotted 1,90,61,710 Ordinary Shares of 1 each, upon exercise of 19,06,171 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS). Consequently, with effect from 26 July, 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1237,50,85,361 divided into 1237,50,85,361 Ordinary Shares of 1 each.
