Tata Motors’ consolidated net loss widens to Rs 4,951 crore in Q1

Tata Motor has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The company has reported net loss of Rs 181.03 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 1,320.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by over 2-fold at Rs 15,085.21 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 6,701.16 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 4,950.97 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 4,450.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.71% at Rs 72,822.02 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 66,988.05 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
