Titan Company has informed that it has received a communication on 28th July 2022 from Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO), co-promoter of the Company, communicating the Resignation of Pankaj Kumar Bansal, [AS (DIN: 05197128) and accordingly the Board has noted the resignation of Bansal, IAS nominee of TIDCO, as a Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 26th July 2022. The details of resignation of Bansal, as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 is given in Annexure A to this letter.
