Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has received approval for proposal of sale of its investment in the Wholly-owned Subsidiary -- Imperial Credit (Imperial), a Non- Banking Finance Company (NBFC), subject to applicable regulatory approvals. Imperial Credit is not a material subsidiary of the company. Sale of investment is subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
