HCL Technologies has informed that Anant Gupta, president and chief operating officer of the company has been elevated to the position of president and chief executive officer of the company with effect from January 17, 2013. Vineet Nayar will continue as the vice chairman and joint managing director of the company till July 2013 and as vice chairman thereafter.
