Mastek has completed the acquisition of 100% Shareholding of Meta Soft Tech Systems. Accordingly, Meta Soft Tech Systems has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company.

Recently, the board of directors at its meeting held on July 18, 2022 had approved signing a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the Equity Shares of Meta Soft Tech Systems.
