Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that the 76th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 5th August, 2022, the Shareholders have approved the re-appointment of Messrs. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101248W/W100022) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of 5 consecutive years from the conclusion of the Seventy Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the Eighty-First AGM to be held in the year 2027. The details of re-appointment of auditors as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 including a brief profile of the auditors, are given in Annexure A to this letter.
