Oberoi Realty reports 57% rise in Q3 net profit

Oberoi Realty has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The company has reported 56.54% rise in its net profit at Rs 75.06 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 47.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 59.64% at Rs 192.58 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 120.63 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 31.73% rise in its net profit at Rs 134.46 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 102.07 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 41.73% at Rs 308.04 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 217.34 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
