Continuing the high orbit performance this year as well, Coal India (CIL) has reported its production of 224 million ton (MT) so far (till August 11, 2022), achieving a strong growth of 24% - the like of which was never witnessed before. Total off-take of 251 MTs with 10.4% growth is another point in the company’s performance.

Coal India is the world’s largest coal mining company. It also produces non-coking coal and coking coal of various grades for diverse applications.
