Date: 22-01-2013Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on January 22, 2013, has accepted the resignation of Dr. Sudipto Mundle as a director of the bank with effect from February 01, 2013.
Dr. Mundle resigned in view of the fact that he has been recently appointed as member of the Fourteenth Finance Commission, Govt. of India.
