Date: 24-08-2022Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, State Bank Of India has advised that Executive Committee of Central Board (ECCB) of the Bank in its meeting held on 23rd August, 2022 has accorded approval as under: ‘Approval for infusing additional capital of Rs 67,84,32,546 in SBIGFL to acquire the entire stake; 13.82% of existing shareholders of SBIGFL namely SIDBI, Bank of Maharashtra and Union Bank of India’.
