Adani Enterprises has incorporated two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries namely ‘Hirakund Natural Resources (HNRL) and Vindhya Mines and Minerals (VMML) on August 24, 2022.

HNRL has been incorporated to carry on business in Mining of Coals and Other Minerals and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. HNRL will commence its business operations in due course. VMML has been incorporated to carry on business in Mining of Coals and Other Minerals and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. VMML will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
