M&M’s arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) subsidiary company -- Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India (MHRIL) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Mahindra Holidays & Resorts Harihareshwar (MHRHL) on August 23, 2022. Pursuant to the above, MHRHL has also become a subsidiary of the Company with effect from August 23, 2022.

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts Harihareshwar has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle company for upgradation, operation and maintenance of the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) Resort at Harihareshwar under Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.

M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
